I second Callie's advice, blogger almost ate something I worked on for 40 minutes this morning, I was using the blogger button on the ggole toolbar, and when I hit publish it asked for my username and password again and freaked out! Fortunately it had managed to save itself.

Maybe you should type your post into a document first, then copy and past it in Blogger. That way, if blogger screws up, you still have the post.
