Good weekend

Well the weekend is over and It was a good one. Not that we went anywhere or partied or did anything special. But that it went smoothly without mishaps or bad weather. All that needed to be done was done. I can't remember another weekend like this one. I truly enjoyed it. I must've. I was dead tired monday. For those that appreciate just a nice casual weekend with no hectic plans or late night party'n this was it. I do enjoy getting wild, as does Callie, but there is something to be said for slowing down and enjoying the moment. I'm hoping this coming weekend will bring the same feeling of contentment. It seems that the more simpler and relxed moments are the best. Pity the are so few an far between. I guess that what makes them special. I know this post is not informative or enlightening, but maybe we can all learn to live for the moment. After all, was'nt it said, "Life is but a series of moments"? I think I'll remember this for a long while.

Question to the public

Well, I hope all you fathers had a good day. I shot an archery tourneyment today and even after callie did'nt do her best to let me get some needed rest, I shot pretty good. Did'nt win, but I rarely do. I was also given a much needed fathers day gift. A new back quiver. All in all, a great day. And it looks like a very good night. ;)

A great woman

Just thought I'd give a little ptaise to my wife for being such a good woman. She takes care of me and the kids, and tries to keep the house clean and works hard. And even forgives my flaws. I'm lucky to have her. Granted this post will probably get me some really good sex later but that has nothing to do with posting this. ;) She has even agreed to let me buy a new motorcycles for my comute to work. I really wanted another harley but decided on a honda and with her blessing can put the difference between the two into my evo thats in the garage. That way I"ll get that one up and on the road too. Like I said, she's a good woman. (Now if I can get her to pose on the bike for me.) I might even share some of the more decent pics if the turn out.

Things to come

Hi, this is my first blog entry and it's all new to me so please bare with me. Any helpful input will be appreciated. My wife an I are thing of adding some additions to our home. Things like a deck off the second story that covers the patio and a swimming pool for starters. My problem with this is not the cost or such, but how to break them in without the neighbors calling the cops for indecent exposure. Those of you who know the necessity of christing each room in your house or apartment can understand the problems faced with nosey neighbors. Personally I don't care if they see or not. But my wife does and those smart#*^ that hold up scores are never fair. Any ideas how to avoid these problems? I have always christened every room including some closets and balconies. This will be a new challenge.
